"CAN YOU FEEL IT?"
How Writing Comforts the Spirit
Writing, much like laughter,
often soothes away the stress of life. I can testify to this because I know how
words from the Holy Bible comforts. No matter what issues one might experience,
they can always find scripture to ease the spirit.
But not only in that
sacred book, do we find comfort and peace but also a written guide that directs
our paths for understanding how words comfort the spirit.
In many ways, the written
word can envelop and destress those burdened with life itself and cover all
manner of situations. That aid in the relaxation of the body, mind, and spirit.
As humans, we crave outlets
that can release us from a wide range of troubling thoughts and issues—that introduce
meditative formulas designed to ease discomfort and identify the cause and
cure.
Poetry is another example
of how deep emotions are expressed through words and often used as an outreach
for those unable to articulate their feelings. Through metaphoric phrases, gain
understanding and hidden meanings exposed.
Pain and suffering are prevalent
throughout the world and bravely displayed in HD in ways that can no longer be ignored.
But even as the world views ravaging disparity,
there are still words of comfort to heal each broken spirit.
The written word inspires
and uplifts even the most broken of spirits. An outlook against negative reflection
and promotes sentiment through empathy.
Words have the power to
heal and comfort. They strengthen bonds of those who share collective ideals even
if they agree to disagree.
For those who aren’t writers,
their words are still relevant, and I encourage them to share their thoughts
through any medium available. Every voice has a purpose and value—one of the
essential venues available today, the expression of free speech.
So, be encouraged to lift
your voices and be heard, without fear of condemnation and retribution. Speak
your truth and inspire others to do the same.
